Shipping policy

Divina Beauty & Accessories' shipping cost may change due to location, weight, and volume of your orders. We will try our best to process your order as soon as possible but please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and a few days for shipping depending on you shipping choice at checkout. Once we deliver your packages to the USPS, Divina Beauty & Accessories is not responsible for shipping delays. Please be understanding as Covid-19 has created a lot of shipping delays. Divina Beauty & Accessories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages including packages delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure to verify your address before completing your order. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office and file a claim with them. If your package comes back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to send it back again. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the system.
